Form Exploration: Digital Boolean carving and gravity-simulated compressed mesh iterations showing the transition from sphere to seating volume. 3. Ergonomic Blueprinting: Orthographic drafting views (front, side, top) with technical dimension callouts ([Seat Height: 450mm], [Total Width: 850mm], [105°–110° ergonomic recline angle]) and interior curve smoothing. 4. Structural Integration: Ghosted cutaway diagram displaying a hidden internal CNC-bent steel rod lattice skeleton. 5. Final Prototype Hero Render: Large 3D studio render of the asymmetrical sculpted chair with deep faceted folds, finished in [matte white powder-coated cast aluminum with a tactile porous paper-like texture], lit by dramatic directional studio lighting casting deep valley shadows.
