Masked Storm Queen Fantasy Concept Art

Dark epic fantasy 2D concept art of [a silver-haired storm queen] standing in heavy rain on a gothic castle battlement, captured from the thighs up in a dramatic three-quarter pose. She has long [silver-white] hair braided over one shoulder, a delicate spiked crown, pale skin, and a featureless flat muted gray rectangular mask completely concealing her face. She wears ornate royal battle regalia: a fitted white and midnight-navy corset gown with layered skirt panels, gold filigree chains, thornlike metal ornaments, jeweled arm guards, clawed gauntlets, a fur-trimmed shoulder mantle, and a long dark cape billowing violently in the storm. In her left hand, she holds a tall jagged spear-staff made of black metal and glowing [magenta-pink] crystal, surrounded by spiraling energy rings, sparks, and floating crystal shards. Background of a stormy medieval fantasy cityscape with sharp cathedral towers, fortress spires, distant rooftops, rain streaks, and turbulent moonlit clouds. Cold violet-gray lighting with bright magenta magical highlights, cinematic rim lighting on wet armor surfaces, high contrast, painterly anime game art style.
