Gothic Steampunk Elven Aetheric Surveyor

Vertical 2:3 cinematic fantasy character concept art of [an elven aetheric surveyor] standing full-body inside a grand gothic steampunk observatory. Subject: refined young woman with long windswept [emerald green hair], pale skin, pointed ears, elegant serious expression, rendered in an anime-realism aesthetic. Outfit: dark emerald Victorian military coat decorated with gold embroidery and filigree trim, high ruffled cream blouse, fitted black trousers, leather belts with brass survey instruments and pouches, black gloves, tall black leather heeled boots with ornate gold buckles, and a long flowing cape lined in cream fabric. Radiating from her back are exactly eight large translucent crystalline wing shards, faceted and glowing pale mint green like cut glass. In her left hand she holds a tall ornate staff topped with a large green crystal spearhead within gold filigree; her right hand touches a luminous green rectangular holographic interface floating before her. Hologram details: five distinct panels including a top title reading "[AETHERIC SURVEY // LAYER 7]", an upper-left circular compass/radar, an upper-right irregular map silhouette, a lower-left circular gauge reading "[STABLE +0.37%]", and a lower-right analysis card reading "[LEYLINE FLUX ANALYSIS]" with delicate data charts. Background: towering gothic arched windows, dark stone cathedral columns, exposed brass pipes, clockwork gears, astrolabe machinery, misty volumetric light beams, and a polished stone floor with sharp reflections. Palette: deep emerald green, midnight black, antique gold, glowing mint green, and smoky gray. Highly detailed, sharp linework blended with painterly textures, dramatic rim lighting, shallow depth of field, no extra characters.
