Gothic Pilgrimage to the Mountain Cathedral

Vertical dark fantasy sacred pilgrimage scene in an impossibly vast Gothic cathedral-city carved into a mountainside. In the immediate foreground, the backs of [five] worshippers walk forward: [two in cream hooded robes with gold cross embroidery, one central figure in a black cloak, one in a deep red robe with gold embroidery, and one partially visible dark-robed figure], with heads slightly out of focus. To the lower left, a colossal weathered stone saint statue on a grand pedestal holds a tall cross staff, gazing toward the monumental architecture. The environment features multi-tiered pale marble Gothic viaducts, flying buttresses, needle spires, ornate cathedral facades, slender cypress trees, cascading waterfalls rushing down the right terraced cliffs, and tiny silhouetted pilgrims lining bridge parapets for scale. [Four tall crimson ceremonial banners adorned with golden sun-cross emblems] hang across the vista: one on the far left edge, two suspended from upper viaduct arches, and one freestanding processional banner in the lower foreground. Lit by warm [dawn] god rays cutting through dramatic storm clouds, glowing candlelight from countless votives, golden braziers, and drifting incense haze against white-gold atmospheric mist. Cinematic fantasy concept art, painterly photorealistic rendering, shallow depth of field, epic vertical scale, solemn sacred atmosphere, no modern elements, no text.
