Crude MS Paint Character with Flag

A deliberately crude Microsoft Paint-style digital cartoon illustration on a plain solid white background. The subject is [Charlie Brown], shown waist-up and smiling calmly toward the viewer. He has a round peach-colored bald head with a single small curl of hair on his forehead, simple dot eyes, curved nose, and a wide curved grin. He wears a bright [yellow] short-sleeve collared shirt colored with messy, scribbled brush strokes. His hand grips a tall brown wooden flagpole positioned along the left side. Waving behind him is an [American flag] drawn with uneven red and white horizontal stripes, a blue canton filled with irregular white dots for stars, and bold black outlines. Centered square composition, thick wobbly black outlines, childish digital doodle aesthetic, raw MS Paint brush texture, flat colors, no shadows, no realistic rendering, and no text.
