Terrible MS Paint Style Redraw

Redraw the [reference image] as poorly, clumsily, and ridiculously as possible. Style of a crude computer mouse drawing created in MS Paint, featuring shaky, uneven pixelated outlines, flat sloppy color fills, awkward proportions, and an intentionally low-effort, low-resolution aesthetic. Set against a plain solid white background. It should vaguely resemble the subject of the original while looking comical, bizarre, and hilariously bad.
