Retro Shoujo Cel Anime Girl and Cat

Retro Japanese anime illustration inspired by authentic late-1980s and early-1990s shoujo cel animation. Depict a [beautiful young woman] with porcelain skin, striking crystal-blue eyes, long flowing raven-black hair with soft curtain bangs, and a calm, confident expression. She wears an [oversized ivory vintage blouse] accessorized with layered oxidized silver necklaces, a black leather choker, hoop earrings, and delicate bracelets. She gently cradles a [fluffy long-haired brown tabby cat] with cream and white markings, with both looking toward the viewer. Simple soft grey background with subtle paper texture. Soft diffused studio lighting with elegant cel-shaded highlights and gentle shadows. Hand-painted cel animation aesthetic, clean vintage ink line art, delicate film grain, nostalgic color grading, and painterly textures.
