Retro 80s Laser Christmas Portrait with Cat

A vintage 1980s school studio laser portrait of a Caucasian man in his mid-30s with fair skin, light stubble, and shoulder-length straight dark brown hair parted in the middle. He has a warm cheerful smile showing upper teeth and wide hazel eyes looking directly at the camera. He is cradling a fluffy adult orange Persian cat with a flat squished face, sleepy amber eyes, and a tiny pink tongue sticking out in a relaxed blep. Both are wearing festive red Santa hats with white faux-fur trim and pom-poms; the cat's hat is mini and jauntily tilted, while the man's is oversized and flopped to the side. The man wears an ugly gray knit Christmas sweater adorned with 3D white pom-pom snowballs, festive geometric holiday patterns, and an embroidered cartoon cat on the shoulder, layered over a beige collared shirt. Composition is a medium close-up from mid-chest up, centered, eye-level angle. Background features a dark [purple-blue gradient] crossed by vibrant glowing neon laser beams in streaks of pink, blue, and purple radiating diagonally, with colorful neon rim lighting highlighting their hair, skin, and fur.
