Cinematic photorealistic night photo of a Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department heavy machinery robot unit intercepting suspects escaping in a [hot air balloon] at a [Tokyo industrial waterfront]. A colossal 25-meter-tall humanoid police mecha in white-and-black livery stands firmly on rain-slicked asphalt, holding the wicker basket of the balloon in its left hand while its right hand rests open near its thigh. The envelope of the hot air balloon is tan fabric, cropped at the upper left, with taught suspension ropes, a glowing burner flame, and exactly 4 helmeted individuals visible inside the basket. The mecha features bulky segmented industrial plating, exposed hydraulic pistons, joint wiring, articulated mechanical fingers, red emergency lightbars on both shoulders, and a rectangular sensor head with multiple optical camera lenses. Clearly visible markings on the chest, shoulders, and leg read "[警視庁 MPD]" and "[Heavy Machinery Countermeasure Robot Unit]". In the immediate foreground, one police officer is viewed from behind wearing a white tactical helmet and dark vest stenciled "MPD". Around the robot's feet, exactly 9 support crew and officers in high-visibility gear stand across the wet ground. Midground right features exactly 3 emergency police cruisers with active red and blue lightbars, while the left features exactly 1 boom lift utility truck casting an intense spotlight upward. Multiple atmospheric searchlights beam across the sky amidst a [rainy night with searchlights and emergency lights], creating dramatic light shafts, mist, and asphalt reflections.
