Neon Rim Accent Portrait Relighting

Use the person from the reference photo as-is, strictly preserving the exact face, body proportions, skin texture, hairstyle, facial structure, and pose without beautification. Re-light the portrait with moody dark base lighting and vibrant [neon cyan and magenta] accent lighting: vivid neon rim highlights along the contours and edges of the face and hair, contrasting against deep shadows. Lighting is the sole change; do not normalize exposure, add beauty lighting, or alter facial geometry.
