Neon Chibi Sailor Salute Figure

Full-body 3D kawaii chibi anime figure of [a cheerful schoolgirl] dynamically posed against a solid pure black background. The character leans forward toward the viewer with legs spread wide, one hand raised horizontally across her forehead in a playful salute or sun-shading gesture, while the other arm is bent back and partially hidden. She features a large rounded head, oversized glossy blank eyes with no pupils, a tiny nose, soft smiling mouth, chubby cheeks, and thick fluffy bobbed hair with puffy bangs and curled side strands. She wears a classic sailor school uniform comprising five visible pieces: a rounded long-sleeve sailor top, wide sailor collar, tied neckerchief bow with hanging tails, short pleated skirt, and bulky rounded shoes with scrunched leg warmers. Rendered in a smooth, toy-like clay and resin material with soft subsurface scattering and zero hard outlines. The entire figure is colored in an iridescent neon gradient palette of [hot pink, magenta, violet, electric blue, cyan, and peach], as if illuminated by colorful studio gel lights, featuring glossy highlights and subtle ambient occlusion in clothing folds. Composition is a centered vertical portrait, framed tightly to show full body from hair to shoes, viewed slightly from above to emphasize the saluting hand. In the bottom-right corner, include an elegant handwritten signature and date: "[July 26, 2026 Oyagi]". No extra characters, no props, no background scenery, no realistic skin texture, no pupils.
