Neon Alley Chase to Temple Gate

Cinematic anime night scene of [a blond young man in a sleeveless black outfit] running away from the camera down a narrow, rain-slick East Asian alley toward an ornate traditional temple gate. Low, centered camera angle positioned behind the runner, showing his silhouette mid-stride with arms pumping and his face hidden. The wet alleyway is lined with weathered shuttered storefronts, hanging cables, potted plants, and glowing neon signs with Chinese characters. In the distance, an elaborate temple gate features layered curved roofs, carved architectural details, and illuminated signage. The rain-soaked pavement vividly reflects neon teal, cyan, magenta, and hot pink. Figure count: exactly 8 visible people including 1 running protagonist in the foreground, 2 startled men on the left sidewalk, 1 older bald man standing by a left shop, 2 men near the temple entrance, 1 man on the right side of the gate, and 1 distant silhouette under the archway. Lighting includes 5 round pink and orange paper lanterns glowing along the right side and scattered distant glows. Mood is tense, mysterious, and breathless. Style: detailed 2D anime background art, moody cyberpunk grading, deep shadows, painterly linework, atmospheric haze, high-contrast rim lighting, non-photorealistic. Palette: [deep teal shadows, cyan highlights, neon magenta, hot pink lantern light, dark indigo sky]. No cars, no daylight, no modern commercial brands.
