Monochrome Caustic Macro Portrait

A [black and white] macro portrait of a [young man], zoomed in tight on his eye, cheekbone, and lips. Bright sunlight splits into soft, wavy luminous caustic lines rippling across the skin like underwater reflections, flowing diagonally and wrapping around facial contours, with shadows dissolving into smooth mid-gray tones. Detailed photographic texture showing visible pores, faint freckles, slight stubble, and natural skin catching glowing light. The eye reflects fragments of luminous waves and the lips are softly highlighted. Macro camera framing with razor-thin depth of field where a single ridge of illuminated skin is in crisp focus while the rest melts into a velvety blur. Background fades into soft gray gradients with fine cinematic film grain.
