Mecha Girl at Abandoned Sea City

A cinematic anime key visual of a mecha girl in her mid-teens, pale skin smudged with soot and sea salt spray, sharp amber eyes glowing with faint HUD reticles, and waist-length ash-white hair tied in a high ponytail streaming sideways in the wind. She wears matte gunmetal exoskeleton armor plating on her shoulders, forearms, and shins with exposed hydraulic pistons at the joints, a tactical chest rig with glowing cyan coolant lines, and an oversized oil-stained hangar jacket half-slipping off one shoulder. A massive rail cannon rests heavily on her right shoulder, with dog tags and a frayed red ribbon fluttering at her collar. She stands off-center to the left on the rusted edge of a tilted steel platform jutting out over dark churning ocean swells, her weight shifted onto one leg, left hand gripping the cannon strap, looking toward the camera with a quiet defiant stare as steam vents from her back thrusters. Setting & Background: A vast derelict sea-city at dusk. Colossal monolithic bone-white towers fused with barnacled steel rise in staggered silhouettes from the deep water, alongside broken cyclopean ring structures, rusted skeletal gantries threaded with dead cables, and half-submerged shipwrecks. Thick sea fog clings to the bases while the spires pierce into a bruised twilight sky, punctuated by faint distant warning lights. Composition & Camera: Medium-wide shot from a slight low angle, looking past her shoulder toward the towering megastructures. 35mm anamorphic lens effect, shallow depth of field with foreground rust softly blurred, subtle horizontal lens flares, fine atmospheric haze creating layered silhouette depth. Lighting & Color: Moody low-key lighting. Cold teal ambient sky illumination contrasted by warm amber sodium light spilling from distant structures, sharp rim backlighting from a low sun carving her silhouette, volumetric god rays piercing the mist, and wet specular highlights on her armor plating. Desaturated oceanic palette dominated by teal, bone-white, and rust, accented by small warm light points and subtle film grain.
