Magical Glowing Energy Ribbon Transformation

Using the reference photo, transform the scene by applying intensely glowing [golden and orange] lighting. Add dynamic, swirling [luminous ribbons and energy trails] wrapping around the character and flowing through the foreground and background. Make the character's hair blow dynamically in the wind, with the air filled with sparkling light particles. Preserve the original character design, pose, and lantern street setting, elevating the scene to a [radiant, magical anime] aesthetic.
