Crude MS Paint Portrait Doodle

Recreate the composition and recognizable silhouette from the reference photo as a crude, childlike MS Paint digital doodle. Keep the side-profile pose, [blue headwrap, pale yellow trailing scarf, pearl earring, and brown garment], but simplify the entire figure into shaky, uneven black outlines, messy scribbled flat color fills, and awkward amateur proportions. Plain solid white background, flat colors only, with no painterly shading, gradients, or realistic textures.
