Anime Pop Art Motivational Poster

Vertical anime POP poster in a 2:3 aspect ratio, full bleed, designed like a colorful Japanese pop-art magazine cover. In the upper half, a close-up from chest up of [an original cheerful anime girl] leaning toward the viewer with dramatic forced perspective. Her right arm reaches toward the camera with her index finger pointing outward, oversized by perspective. She features [short fluffy platinum-blonde hair with blue and peach gradient tips], large sparkling blue eyes, a wide open smile, soft blush, flower earrings, and a white-and-blue sailor-style outfit, surrounded by a thick white sticker-like outline. Across the lower half, oversized chunky Japanese typography displays the proverb "[七転び八起き!]"; the first large character is hot pink, the second is bright yellow, and the rest are white and cyan, with thick black outlines, white inner highlights, and layered comic drop shadows. Background is a bright cyan base packed with graphic motifs: lightning bolts, stars, arrows, sparkle diamonds, halftone dot patches, radiating fan lines, comic bursts, and curved motion ribbons. At the bottom, include three small accents: the handwritten text "Keep going!" at bottom-left, a smiley face icon near bottom-center, and a small pink barcode with "Never give up!" at bottom-right. Modern Japanese anime illustration, crisp line art, glossy eyes, vibrant neon accents, celebratory and energetic mood, ultra clean.
