Anime Observatory Overlook at Night

Cinematic anime film still of a high mountain observation deck at night overlooking [Hakodate]. In the foreground, exactly one teenage girl is seen from behind, standing quietly in a contemplative pose looking out at the glowing city below. She has [long dark brown hair] blowing gently in the wind, wearing a light gray hoodie, a short dark pleated skirt, white socks, and black sneakers. Next to her on the observation deck are exactly one curved metal safety railing, exactly one coin-operated public telescope aimed toward the horizon, and an information signboard on the left with visible Japanese text reading "[函館山展望台]". Below the deck, a vast coastal city glitters with dense warm orange and white streetlights, winding roads, a brightly lit shoreline, and a calm bay, set against distant dark mountain silhouettes. Above, a deep navy and violet night sky is filled with sharp stars and a dramatic diagonal Milky Way. Composition is a wide 4:3 shot with cool blue foreground shadows, gentle rim lighting on the girl, realistic lighting contrast, and no text overlays except the signboard.
