Anime Bust Portrait from Photo

Using the pose and calm mood of the woman in the reference photo as a foundation, create a polished anime character illustration. Transform the framing into a close-up front-facing bust portrait. The character has [pale icy blue] short bob hair, with the face anonymized by a large, soft rectangular blur box. Dress her in an ornate [black, white, and silver gothic idol-style sleeveless blouse] featuring lace shoulder accents, a ribbon tie, decorative buttons, and structured paneling. Replace the original café background with a bright indoor garden setting filled with lush leafy plants beside a sunlit window. Crisp Japanese anime art style with clean linework, soft lighting, shallow depth of field, and a vertical composition.
