Androgynous Anime Portrait with Luminous Lotuses

Vertical anime-style portrait illustration of [a quiet androgynous young person] in a deep indigo night scene, chest-up close crop. The character features [cool blue-black] layered bangs covering much of the forehead and one eye, a thick side braid resting over the right shoulder tied near the end, pale skin, delicate eyelashes, downcast blue eyes, and a melancholy, serene expression as they lean toward a flower near their lips. Wearing a dark blue kimono robe with folded collar lines and subtle shadowed folds. Surround the face with 5 luminous blue lotus-like flowers: 1 large bloom directly in front of the mouth and nose, 1 large bloom in the lower-left foreground, 1 partial bloom on the far-left edge, 1 bloom in the upper-right corner, and 1 smaller bloom in the mid-right background, with 2 unopened buds near the lower-left stems. Intense blue monochromatic lighting with glowing cyan highlights, dark navy shadows, sharp rim light from the upper right, translucent layered petals, and golden-yellow stamens. Crisp anime cel shading blended with painterly gradients, shallow depth of field, no text, no watermark, no borders.
