Pôster de anúncio de emprego absurdo

A [job advertisement-style] poster illustration featuring the character from the reference image. Place the character in an engaging pose and setting tailored to the job description, rather than copying the reference image directly. The layout includes bold recruitment copy, required qualifications, salary details, and employee benefits. The overall design looks polished, professional, and appealing, but the job requirements and perks become subtly absurd and strange upon closer reading.
