Almoço no Terraço em Anime dos Anos 90

A nostalgic 1990s Japanese OVA anime cel still of a school rooftop scene. Exactly two teenage students sit side by side on the concrete floor near the lower-center: on the left, a boy with short black hair in a [dark navy gakuran school uniform], knees bent, holding chopsticks and a small bento box; on the right, a girl with shoulder-length dark hair in a [cream sailor blouse with navy collar, large navy bow, and long blue pleated skirt], holding chopsticks and a bento box. Both faces are intentionally censored by soft square pixelated blur blocks, while their poses remain relaxed and calm. The background features a full-width chain-link fence, a low concrete parapet, rooftop vents, a cylindrical silver water tank on a steel frame to the right, and a bright clear [deep blue] sky with sparse pale clouds. Shot from a low eye-level angle across the rooftop ledge, leaving an empty concrete foreground in the lower third. Hand-painted background aesthetic, thin ink linework, soft analog film grain, subtle VHS tape blur, and muted blue-tinted color grading. Quiet, retro slice-of-life atmosphere. No modern digital sharpness, no text, no logos.
