Surrealer Hut auf Leuchtenden Füßen

Using the reference photo, completely remove the pelican's body. Replace the traffic cone with a [white fedora with a black band] placed directly on top of the bare human feet. Apply a strong glowing effect to the feet, making them [radiate bright warm light]. Keep the original composition, the open doorway framing, the porch setting, and the dusk suburban background completely intact.
