Wanderer über dem Nebelmeer im Nachkriegs-Tokio

Apply the style and character reference from [the reference character photo] to the composition of Caspar David Friedrich's "Wanderer above the Sea of Fog" from [the reference painting]. A woman stands atop a building ledge overlooking post-war Tokyo circa 2040, mirroring the stance from the original painting with her left leg propped on the ledge and right hand resting on her hip. Fog and low clouds partially shroud modern, non-futuristic abandoned buildings below. In the background, a slightly bent Tokyo Tower stands damaged as if hit by bombs, without loose debris. Retain the exact composition, vanishing point, and atmosphere of the original artwork.
