Pelikan High-Stakes Poker Noir

A vertical 4:5 anime-style cinematic illustration of an anthropomorphic [white pelican] dressed as a suave high-stakes poker player seated at a green felt casino table in an elegant waterfront lounge at dusk. The character features a realistic long pale peach beak, white feathered head and neck, and a sharp, intelligent eye, wearing a tailored [charcoal black] three-piece suit with a white dress shirt, black tie, white pocket square, and white gloves. A brown cigar is clenched sideways in its beak. In the right hand, the pelican holds exactly 2 blue-backed playing cards, while the left gloved hand touches 1 face-down card on the table. The table features 2 additional face-down cards near the lower-left foreground, 4 face-up suit cards along the lower-center edge, and 1 full blue-backed deck at the lower right. Arrange 6 visible poker chip stacks: 3 stacks beside a low tumbler of amber whiskey on the left, and 3 stacks near the center-right, along with a few loose chips on the felt. On the table, place 1 round glass ashtray on the right and 1 whiskey glass on the left. Overhead, 1 hanging lamp illuminates the scene. A tall potted plant stands behind the character on the right, and a large window on the left reveals a calm harbor with sailboats and a distant clocktower skyline bathed in soft evening haze. Palette of muted blue-gray and warm beige lighting, delicate painterly linework, subtle film grain, soft shadows, blending Art Nouveau aesthetics with modern anime noir.
