MS Paint-Zeichnung mit kaputter Maus

Recreate the subject and scene from the reference photo in the style of a rough digital drawing made in MS Paint with a broken computer mouse. Wildly wobbly and trembling lines, distorted proportions, clumsy pixelated brushstrokes, and awkwardly positioned elements, all set against a plain solid white background. Any people depicted are fully and modestly dressed in casual clothing.
