Monochromes Makroporträt mit Kaustischem Licht

A black and white extreme close-up macro portrait of [a young man's face], focusing tightly on the eye, cheekbone, and lips. Bright sunlight breaks into soft, wavy luminous lines rippling across the skin like underwater caustics reflections. The light flows diagonally, wrapping around facial contours in surreal patterns, with shadows dissolving into smooth mid-gray tones instead of deep black. Lifelike skin texture shows visible pores, faint freckles, subtle stubble, and natural imperfections catching the light. The eye reflects delicate fragments of the luminous waves; razor-thin depth of field keeps one illuminated ridge in tack-sharp focus while the rest melts into a velvety blur. Background fades into a soft gray gradient. Subtle analog film grain overlays the frame, evoking an intimate, dreamlike monochrome aesthetic.
