Tusche-Plakat zur Reise nach Westen

A majestic Chinese ink-wash fantasy poster inspired by Journey to the West, centered on a double-exposure silhouette of [Sun Wukong] in left-facing profile occupying most of the composition. The portrait features a simian profile, short beard, and a golden circlet across the brow, textured with soft sepia, ash gray, smoky black, and parchment white watercolor washes against an off-white paper background with splattered brush edges and ample negative space. Inside and surrounding the silhouette unfolds a layered traditional shan shui landscape: - Top center inside the head: a glowing full moon behind a seated celestial Buddha-like figure above a multi-tiered heavenly palace complex. - Upper-middle right: four traveling pilgrims on a cliff trail (a monkey warrior with a staff, a monk riding a white horse, a pig-faced companion, and a dark-robed companion). - Center: an epic battle scene depicting the monkey warrior confronting a coiling dragon among swirling clouds. - Lower-right: an illuminated mountain temple shrine sheltering a glowing golden statue. - Bottom: three tiny wandering figures walking through a mist-filled valley. Vertical Chinese calligraphy reading "[西游记]" is positioned on the left with smaller vertical secondary inscriptions and red seal-stone stamps. A subtle vertical inscription also appears on the right cliff face. Painterly, calligraphic, sacred, ancient, and mystical atmospheric depth.
