Zarte Rosenmaniküre Porträt-Retusche

Using the reference photo as the base image, perform an extremely subtle targeted edit: change only the visible fingernails on the hand holding the strawberries into a delicate [pale pink rose-themed manicure with tiny floral nail art and a glossy finish]. Keep the entire composition, subject's face, pose, vintage dress, bonnet, bouquet, strawberries, roses, floral wallpaper, soft lighting, pastel color palette, and the headline text "[PINK EDEN]" identical to the reference. Do not alter the character, background, typography, cropping, or overall mood. The modification must strictly affect only the two visible nail areas (the thumb nail and the small partially visible fingernail beside it), leaving every other detail completely unchanged.
