Stümperhafte MS Paint Neuzeichnung

Redraw the reference image in the most [clumsy, scribbly, and utterly pathetic] style possible, set against a [plain white background]. Render it to look authentically drawn in [MS Paint with a computer mouse], with shaky, uncoordinated brush strokes, jagged digital lines, awkward proportions, and pixelated artifacts. The subjects should be vaguely recognizable from the original photo but comically distorted, off-kilter, and low-effort.
