Komisches Anime-Fahndungsplakat

Create a comical wanted poster or mugshot arrest visual featuring the character [[Character Name]] from the reference photo. The character has been apprehended for an absurd, trivial, and whimsical crime they are clearly innocent of. Composition: A front-view mugshot standing against a police height-measurement backdrop, or a humorous snapshot showing them being gently restrained. Surround them with quirky, miniature odd objects tagged as 'evidence'. Use bright, playful lighting and a lighthearted cartoon or anime art style. Completely fictionalized police setting with no real-world badges or official insignias. Leave blank poster layout space available for adding fictional charge text.
