Abstrakte Tusche-Porträt-Illustration

Convert the black-and-white reference photo into a vivid color painted illustration. Preserve the original framing, crop, pose, clothing silhouette, hairstyle, and the solid rectangular block obscuring the face; do not reveal or reconstruct the facial features. Subject: naturally colored warm skin tones, glossy dark hair, a [black] jacket, and a [blue open shirt], rendered with expressive painterly highlights and high-contrast, ink-like edges. Background: textured off-white paper with abstract [broad blue paint washes, dark blue ink splatters, scratchy crosshatch marks, brush streaks, and drip effects]. Composition matches the reference photo closely.
