Transformacja zdjęcia w szkic piórkiem i akwarelą

Transform the reference photo into a loose pen-and-watercolor illustration on white textured paper. Preserve the original pose, framing, and key elements: [suit, tie, and American flag placement, including the face-obscuring rectangle]. Remove the photographic background and replace it with plain, off-white textured paper. Render with expressive black ink sketch lines, rough crosshatching, uneven hand-drawn contours, soft bleeding watercolor washes in muted [navy and red] tones, and lightly unfinished edges. Maintain the original [medium shot] framing without adding any new objects, text, or background details.
