Ekran Fałszywych Wiadomości Japońskiej TV

A television screen capture of a Japanese breaking news broadcast reporting a surreal satirical story: [a giant domestic cat formally appointed as police chief in Tokyo]. Realistic Japanese TV news graphics overlay, colorful lower-third banners with Japanese kanji headlines, studio news anchor reaction box in the corner, on-screen digital clock showing the date '4月1日' (April 1st). Professional TV broadcast lighting, high-definition broadcast feed texture. Strictly no text reading 'April Fool's Day' or 'エイプリルフール'.
