Trois pleureuses voilées sur les marches d'une cathédrale

A cinematic [black-and-white high-contrast film photography] editorial of [three veiled women] in [Victorian gothic black mourning gowns with translucent veils] ascending [ancient cathedral steps]. Wide 16:9 shot with a grainy documentary-film texture under harsh natural sunlight casting deep, dramatic shadows. Composition features exactly three figures: one shadowed figure on the left partly obscured by her veil; a central figure turned back toward the camera with her veiled face partially visible; and a taller figure on the right walking upward with her back mostly turned. Wardrobe consists of full-length black pleated dresses, long black gloves, layered sheer veils, and sweeping trains. The background features massive weathered stone columns, dark recessed doorways, iron grates, and gritty masonry. Mood is [somber mysterious ritualistic], evoking a high-fashion gothic funeral procession. Monochrome only, with no modern objects, no color, no text, and no smiling expressions.
