Portrait au Pastel Gras d'une Femme Assise

A soft, cozy oil pastel portrait illustration of a young woman sitting indoors, depicted from the thighs up in a candid, slightly forward-leaning pose with one elbow resting on her knee and a hand supporting her cheek. She has [medium chestnut brown] shoulder-length hair with a center part, softly flipped ends, and loose strands framing her face. She wears a chunky ribbed knit sweater in [muted gray], paired with a high-waisted skirt in [warm beige]. Accessories include a delicate pendant necklace, one dangling earring on her right ear, and a small crossbody bag with a thin diagonal strap. Rendered in a handmade oil pastel and crayon style featuring visible waxy strokes, rough sketch lines, dry-brush crayon textures, layered pigments, and lightly textured paper grain. Facial features are minimal and softly suggested with a sweet, cozy mood. The background is a minimalist off-white interior with a broad horizontal gray band suggesting a bench or wall accent, finished with loose scribbled shading in a warm neutral palette of cream, beige, soft charcoal, and gentle ochre highlights.
