Diptyque Photo et Gouache du Lac de Côme

A vertical 3:4 travel diptych about [Lake Como, Italy], split horizontally into two equal seamless panels without a border. Top panel: Saturated, cinematic travel photography of a Mediterranean lakeside villa scene in bright summer daylight. Turquoise water fills the left foreground, with a small wooden floating dock at the lower right waterline. Ornate carved stone balustrades, terrace steps, a spiral stone column, and lush pink oleander flowers frame the right edge. In the background across the water, elegant cream and yellow villas with terracotta roofs, manicured gardens, and tall dark cypress trees sit against hazy blue mountains under a clear blue sky with light clouds. Bottom panel: A minimalist gouache and pencil sketchbook collage on warm cream textured paper with plenty of negative space. Exactly eight distinct collage elements: 1) A small lakeside villa watercolor vignette at upper left showing yellow walls, cypress trees, a stone wall, and pale blue water. 2) Delicate handwritten cursive text at upper center: "[The lake keeps things we forget to say.]". 3) A pencil and beige gouache sketch of a spiral stone column at upper right. 4) A tiny pink floral sprig beside the column. 5) A botanical branch of pink oleanders with green leaves at lower left. 6) A translucent blue gouache puddle at the center with a tiny brown wooden dock sketch. 7) A soft pale blue silhouette of distant mountains at lower center. 8) A small villa vignette at lower right featuring a yellow house, red roof, lawn, and two cypress trees. Include a second delicate pencil-written quote near the lower right: "[Light, stone, and the sound of somewhere staying still.]" with a faint pale pink wash underline. Style: Split-media editorial poster aesthetic combining rich photorealism above and Japanese zine-inspired gouache illustration below. Palette of turquoise, cypress green, warm stone beige, and soft pink. No people, cars, logos, or watermarks.
