Banquete de Eruditos en Aguada China

A [traditional Chinese ink wash painting] of an outdoor scholarly banquet. Across the top, an unrolled horizontal scroll displays Chinese calligraphy reading "[君不見，黃河之水天上來]". The landscape features a waterfall and a pale red sun on the left, and a luminous full moon over a waterside pavilion on the right. In the background right, a lone traveler rides a horse near pine trees. In the foreground, ten figures gather around a stone table laden with fruit and metal pitchers; large ceramic wine jars rest on the ground, and three goats rest among rocky crags on the left. At the center, a bearded scholar in white robes is [standing and raising a wine cup to the sky], surrounded by eight seated scholars drinking and a servant boy carrying a wine jar. Traditional guohua aesthetic, delicate brushwork, and atmospheric ink washes.
