Comandante de Anime con Rifle Gigante

Dramatic vertical anime illustration of a smug young female military commander standing in a ruined battlefield, captured from a low angle for an imposing presence. She has a chin-length bob in [light chestnut brown], vivid [pink] eyes, pale skin, and a confident smirk. She wears an ornate black imperial officer mini-dress uniform made of glossy fabric, featuring a high collar, gold trim, gold buttons, decorative braids, epaulettes, medals on the chest, a white belt with a gold buckle, black gloves, garter straps, and black thigh-high boots, with a billowing dark crimson cape lined with black behind her. She carries an enormous futuristic matte black sniper rifle nearly as tall as her body, with a long barrel, large scope, tactical rails, and heavy mechanical details, resting diagonally across her shoulder. Background is a devastated gothic warzone with crumbling stone walls, rubble, torn red banners, distant spires, swirling smoke, and floating embers under a blazing backlit cloudy sky. Cinematic high-contrast lighting, sharp rim light outlining hair and weapon, drifting ash particles, polished anime linework, dark fantasy military aesthetic. Mood: [vengeful, triumphant, elegant, intimidating].
