Концепт-арт метеорологического летательного аппарата

Sci-fi concept art of a weather-manipulation aircraft. The aircraft features [streamlined and futuristic white] armor with an embedded glowing [blue] energy core. An intense bolt of lightning strikes from dark storm clouds directly into the aircraft's top antenna to recharge its power systems. Beneath the craft, a specialized cyclonic suction port whips snow and atmospheric ice particles upward in a tornado-like vortex, compressing and supercooling them. Background: [A view of the frozen Arctic circle spreading below], transitioning upward into the dark gradient of upper atmosphere and outer space. Cinematic lighting, dramatic wide-angle sci-fi illustration.
