Прогулка с собакой у реки

Using the character from the reference photo as the base design, expand it into a full illustrated outdoor scene while keeping the same bold black outlines, hand-painted texture, and recognizable character appearance. Show the character walking, holding exactly 1 red leash in their right hand, with a single sweat drop on their face and a tired expression. Walking ahead on the leash is exactly 1 small [Shiba Inu], looking energetic and happy with an open mouth and curled tail. Set the scene along [a sunny riverside path] with a blue river behind them, green trees along the bank, sandy ground dotted with dark stones, and a bright blue sky. Include exactly 1 white cartoon cloud in the upper left, and exactly 1 white thought bubble in the upper right connected by 2 small dots, containing vertical Japanese text: "[あつい...]". Landscape composition with the dog on the left and character on the right, both walking toward the left. Style: chunky oil-paint impasto surface texture, vivid colors, simple cartoon shapes, thick black borders, non-photorealistic.
