Чиби-аниме персонаж в снежном шаре

Maintain the key characteristics of the character from the reference photo, depicting them as an anime-style chibi character striking [an awkward, uncool pose], with a small raccoon dog perched on their head. The chibi character is enclosed inside a realistically rendered snow globe, where magical powdery snow falls and accumulates in a dramatic night scene. The snow globe's base is adorned with glowing LED illumination, resting on a warm wooden desk with a lit candle glowing softly in the background. In the background, a steamed-up window has the handwritten phrase "(ᐢ⓿ᴥ⓿ᐢ) たぬ参上" wiped onto the glass, revealing a view of a snowy Japanese landscape outside. Negative constraints: no visible human fingers, raccoon dog tail must not be striped.
