### Full prompt
```text
A dramatic square promotional poster in the style of a TV sitcom cast transfer announcement, featuring a dark navy and black corporate office background with sports-poster energy, dynamic blue paint brushstrokes, and layered collage elements.
At the center stands a confident woman named [Penny], waist-up with arms crossed, wearing a light cream floral V-neck dress and messy blonde hair in a high bun, softly rim-lit with a glowing silhouette edge. Behind her, an ensemble of exactly 8 office coworkers appears blurred and staggered within a dimly shadowed office interior with desks, blinds, and framed wall signs, keeping the central woman prominent.
Typography and Graphic Elements:
- Top left: Tilted blue logo block reading "DUNDER MIFFLIN INC. PAPER COMPANY" with a miniature office icon.
- Top center: Large distressed white headline "TRANSFER" directly above an oversized blue brush-script word "CONFIRMED".
- Top right: Small stacked text "NEW CHAPTER. NEW SCRANTON."
- Left side: A torn-paper transfer slip with a photocopied aesthetic showing two sections: "FROM:" reading "DUNDER MIFFLIN PAPER COMPANY, SCRANTON, PA, EST. 1949" and "TO:" reading "THE OFFICE, SCRANTON, PA", with a hand-drawn blue arrow pointing toward the central woman.
- Across the woman's torso: A blue paint smear nameplate with "[Penny]" in white script, a small black tag reading "IS", and a bold distressed headline reading "JOINING THE OFFICE".
- Right side: A dark glowing UI panel with three lines: "NEW ROLE: [SALES REPRESENTATIVE]", "NEW TEAM: [SAME PAPER]", and "NEW MEMORIES: LOADING..." with a horizontal progress bar beneath.
- Bottom center: A slim blue banner reading "DUNDER MIFFLIN, INC. WELCOMES [Penny]".
- Bottom footer bar: Four labeled icons displaying "NEW JOB" beside a briefcase icon, "NEW TEAM" beside a team icon, "NEW MEMORIES" beside a document icon, and a handwritten blue script note "[LET'S GO!]".
Style: High-contrast blue, white, and black color palette, distressed textures, paper cutouts, paint splatters, and cinematic fan-edit poster aesthetic.
