```text
An educational infographic poster on the theme of [Water Cycle Educational Poster], composed of two vertically stacked rounded rectangular panels bound by extremely thick, slightly undulating black hand-drawn marker outlines, linked by white buckles across panel edges.
Layout and Composition:
- Vertical orientation with an independent top header for the main title and logo.
- Each panel is split into a balanced left-illustration and right-text structure.
- Left column: Thematic hand-drawn educational illustrations set upon soft, irregular rounded light-colored base shapes without background scenery.
- Right column: Clean, highly structured typography with large bold section titles followed by thinner explanatory text and small accompanying line-drawn icons.
- Ample negative space between panels, text lines, and around illustration bases.
Art Style & Rendering:
- Mixed media aesthetic combining continuous, slightly jittery thick black ink linework, smooth matte digital flat fills, and crisp modern sans-serif typography.
- Color Palette: High-brightness, warm and cheerful tones with vivid, saturated hues balanced by soft pastel backgrounds and high-contrast black-and-white accents.
- Mood: Friendly, clear, playful, and neatly organized.
