### Full prompt
```text
An urban cultural event poster design centered around an irregular, layered fluorescent torn-paper title block. The main title "[main title]" is huge, centered, split across staggered lines, created from rough brush lettering and paper-cut forms with heavy strokes, ragged broken edges, exaggerated corners, and subtle screen-print misregistration. Surrounding the title is a circular, loose information layout featuring several hand-drawn sticker badges outlined in blue and white, each connecting a small themed illustration, location marker, or symbol to a white label, arranged at varying angles and sizes as if casually pasted. Graphic elements and labels share a vivid blue outer contour and yellow fill. The background is a textured warm fibrous aged paper in [brown umber] with visible grain, light impressions, color variations, and bleeding print edges, accented by dark brown hand-drawn dotted lines, subtle arcs, directional arrows, and sparse geometric letterforms. Flat color palette strictly limited to ochre brown, bright yellow, vivid blue, and warm off-white, with handmade outlines, localized wear, and no digital gradients or glossy shadows.
